A mixed end to the week 3 - 10C mostly cloudy with some rain, Storm Doris gave sustained north westerly winds of almost 50 mph and gusts to 65 mph on Thursday. Friday had some prolonged sunny spells.

Starr Gate - 1370 Common scoters, 2 shelducks (S), wigeon (S), eider (S)

Stanley Park - 3 Great crested grebes, 21 herons, 46 tufted ducks, 20 shovelers

Heron's Reach golf course - Little grebe, goldcrest

Marton Mere LNR - 6 Cetti's warblers, 3 goldeneyes, 75 wigeon, 2 oystercatchers, sparrowhawk

Saturday 25th February

Warbreck Hill - Frog

Marton Mere LNR - Great crested grebe, 2 goldeneyes, 44 shovelers, kestrel

Friday 24th February

Salisbury Woodland Garden - Stock dove

Marton Mere LNR - Bittern, great crested grebe, 2 goldeneyes, 38 shovelers, 2 oystercatchers

Starr Gate - 700 Common scoters, 80 kittiwakes (N), 6 eiders (S), 3 shelducks (N), 2 goosanders (S)

Thursday 23rd February

Marton Mere LNR - 33 Shovelers

Stanley Park - 6 Great crested grebes, 51 tufted ducks, 37 shovelers, 15 gadwall
