Marton Mere LNR - Bittern, barn owl, 2 woodcocks, 4 goldeneyes, pochard, 150 wigeon, 275 teal, 5 water rails, 19 fieldfares, coal tit, goldcrest,

Starr Gate - 3400 Common scoters (S), red breasted merganser (N), 20 red throated divers (S), 13 shelducks, 7 eiders, razorbill

Warbreck Hill - Skylark (over - very scarce here)

Saturday 4th February

Marton Mere LNR - 2 Bullfinches (females), 30 fieldfares, goldcrest

Friday 3rd February

Marton Mere LNR - Great white egret, 4 goldeneyes, 50 fieldfares, 3 Cetti's warblers, great spotted woodpecker, goldcrest
