Mild again but feeling cool in the strong wind 6 - 12C mostly sunny with gale force westerly winds

Town Centre - Peregrine

New South Promenade - 2 Little gulls, 5 kittiwakes, yellow legged gull, 2000 herring gulls (feeding on storm wrecked shellfish), 5 pintails (S), skua sp (N)

Solaris Centre - 20 House sparrows

Lawson's Wetland - Kestrel

Norbreck - 100 Kittiwakes (S)

North Shore - 50 Little gulls

Marton Mere LNR - Little Gull, bearded tit, 2 long eared owls, 2 shelducks, little grebe, 4 goldeneyes, 4 pochards, 35 black tailed godwits (W)

Evening - Nacreous clouds, a rare sight this far south. Formed high (9 - 15 miles) in the stratosphere at tmeperatures as low as -78C
