Devonshire Road Rock Gardens - 40 Magpies, 3 goldcrests

Starr Gate - Harbour porpoise, 2 scaup, 1000 common scoters, 25 red throated divers, 47 great crested grebes, 2 razorbills

Marton Mere LNR - Little grebe, goldeneye, 2 water rails, 20 teal, 20 shovelers, 30 wigeon, 6 redwings, 10 long tailed tits, 5 reed buntings

EVENT - Marton Mere LNR Saturday 10th December 10am - 3pm Practical conservation day. Give volunteering at the nature reserve a try, get involved with a practical conservation task. This might be removing vegetation, clearing pathways or renovating benches or hides. The day's project will be confirmed prior to the event. Free but please book at marton.mere@blackpool.gov.uk
