A cool May day 7 - 11C heavy rain in the morning brightening up later with a strong southerly then south westerly wind.

North Blackpool Pond Trail - Great spotted woodpecker

New South Promenade - 6 Manx shearwaters, 3 Arctic skuas, 26 gannets, 10 kittiwakes, 6 common terns

Volunteer Days at Marton Mere LNR are now every Tuesday 10am - 3pm - All welcome. Wear suitable footwear and bring your lunch.
