A better day but still slightly cooler than average for the end of July 11-17C mostly sunny with a brisk north westerly breeze

New South Promenade - 2 Grey seals, Arctic skua, 5 dunlins (S), 10 common terns, 10 Sandwich terns, 100 gannets

Solaris Centre - 2 Meadow brown butterflies

Volunteer Days at Marton Mere LNR are now every Tuesday 10am - 3pm - All welcome. Wear suitable footwear and bring your lunch.
