A mild day for mid October 10 - 13C mostly sunny with a light north westerly wind

New South Promenade - 755 Common scoters, 500 oystercatchers, 300 sanderlings, 50 dunlins, 28 eiders, 4 red throated divers

Marton Mere LNR - 9 Whooper swans, stonechat, 7 redwings, 8 gadwall, kestrel, 2 blackcaps, chiffchaff, goldcrest, coal tit

Marton - Sparrowhawk

Solaris Centre - several Drone flies (Eristalis tenax) - a species of hoverfly

Recently - Stanley Park - 2 Nuthatches
