Warbreck Hill - 200 Pink footed geese (N)

Stanley Park - 20 Swallows, 2 house martins, 4 great crested grebes

Lawson's Wetland - 2 Cetti's warblers, whitethroat

Marton Mere LNR - Black tailed godwit, sedge warbler, 6 reed warblers, lesser whitethroat, 40 sand martins, 40 swallows, buzzard, kestrel, sparrowhawk, tree sparrow, great crested grebe

Heron's Reach - Stoat

New South Promenade - 3 Shelducks (S), Sandwich tern

Solaris Centre - white butterfly sp (1st of the year here)

EVENT - The Friends of North Blackpool Pond Trail are holding a Family Bird Bingo birdwatching morning on Saturday 6th May 10am - 12 noon. Meet at the Bird Viewing Area at Kincraig Lake opposite the Spar shop on Kincraig Road. Bring binoculars and camera if you have them.
This event is FREE but a donation to the Friends of North Blackpool Pond Trail would be welcome
