Thursday 6th August

New South Promenade - Arctic skua, 55 Sandwich terns, 5 common terns

South Pier - 84 Sandwich terns

Marton Mere LNR - 21 Tufted ducks, 500 starlings roosted

Stanley Park - 3 ad + 2 well grown juv + 2 recently hatch juv Great crested grebes, 8 tufted ducks, harlequin ladybird, straw dot moth, many grass veneer moths

Warbreck Hill - 7 Long tailed tits

Wednesday 5th August

Marton Mere LNR - adult + juv Great crested grebe, 14 tufted ducks, 6 stock doves, 12 long tailed tits, 4 blackcaps, 7 chiffchaffs

New South Promenade - Great crested grebe (S)

Tuesday 4th August

Starr Gate - Harbour porpoise, great crested grebe (S), 2 whimbrels (S), 98 common terns, 17 Sandwich terns

Town Centre - Peregrine

Harlequin ladybird
