Marton Mere LNR - 5000 Starlings (roosted), 7 Cetti's warblers, 3 water rails, 3 great spotted woodpeckers, 30 house martins, 10 chiffchaffs, 80 coot, peregrine, 41 pink footed geese (S)
Staining Nook - Spotted flycatcher, lesser whitethroat, 6 blackcaps, 3 chiffchaffs, 3 goldcrests, coal tit, great spotted woodpecker
Thursday 17th September
Marton Mere LNR - Mediterranean gull, pochard, grey wagtail, buzzard
New South Promenade - 2 Grey seals, 28 oystercatchers, 15 sanderlings, red throated divers
